Mountain Bike.
The Pine Forest.
Head out of town along to Chewton. Follow the signs to Pennyweight Flat cemetery. Pass the Cemetery and follow the road north till you hit the forest.
Poverty Gully Water Race.
This track is part of the Great Dividing Trail. Travel up Eureka St in Chewton along the gravel track until you get to a small parking area. The track follows a water race along the contour of the hills and ends up at Wheeler St, not far from town.
BMX
Castlemaine BMX and Skate Park (with dirt jumps). Near the corner of Midland Hwy and Greenhill Ave.
